What data we process and why

If you write to us or use the form, we process the name, email and content you provide to respond, provide information about the products you ask about and, if you ask us, prepare a proposal. If you place an order, we will also process the essential data for its management, billing, delivery and subsequent attention. The platform may process technical navigation data necessary for the operation and security of the site.

Legal basis

The handling of queries and the preparation of a requested proposal are based on your request and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures. The management of an order is based on the contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations. We will not use the contact form to send you advertising without the corresponding legal basis.

Recipients and retention

We use Shopify as a commerce and hosting platform. If an order is formalized, the necessary data may be communicated to payment, transport and service providers involved in its execution, as well as to authorities when there is a legal obligation. We will retain inquiries for as long as necessary to respond and manage the relationship; order and invoice data during the legally required periods. We will apply security measures and the mechanisms required by regulations when suppliers outside the European Economic Area are involved.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability when applicable, by writing to info@chargefactory.es. If you consider that your rights have not been taken care of, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Preferences regarding cookies and similar technologies can be managed from the site's privacy notice. Non-necessary cookies require a corresponding choice from the visitor.

Microsoft Clarity: Analysis of the browsing experience

When you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to study usage metrics, heat maps, and session playbacks, detect interaction errors, and improve the shopping experience. Clarity uses cookies and other tracking technologies; Microsoft receives the technical navigation data necessary to provide this service. This integration masks text and excludes payment, account, and contact pages, as well as addresses that contain unsupported parameters. We do not provide Clarity with the data you enter in forms.
